A DJ who reads a room is worth more than a DJ with a bigger speaker. We build the night around the crowd actually in front of us — the playlist you gave us, the songs you never want to hear, and the fifty judgment calls in between.

The pictures

Photography

Weddings are sold as full-day coverage, and we mean the whole day. Most photographers price by the hour, which means the meter starts while you're getting ready and runs out somewhere around the cake. Ours doesn't run at all.

Coverage begins when your day begins and ends when the party ends. The end of a reception is often where the best photographs of the entire day happen, and we're not going to be packing a camera bag while they're taking place.

How the timing works

Setup and breakdown are ours to worry about, not yours to pay for.

Ninety minutes before We need contracted access to the room ninety minutes before your start time to load in, set lighting, and sound check. This does not count against your coverage hours.
Sixty minutes after Breakdown takes about an hour. Also not counted against your hours — but worth confirming with your venue, since some sites charge for late departure.
Wedding coverage DJ services run reception and cocktail hour, up to six hours. Photography runs the full day. Ceremony sound and music is available as an add-on, and additional DJ hours can be added at any point before the event.
Everything else Corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and holiday parties are booked hourly with a three-hour minimum.

Photo Booth

The booth is attended for the whole run, which matters more than people expect. Somebody keeps the props sorted, keeps the line moving, and makes sure the shy guests get pulled in.

Karaoke Hosting

Hosted karaoke is a different job than DJing, and it lives or dies on the person running it. Ours keeps the queue fair, keeps the energy up between singers, and knows when to hand the microphone to the person pretending they don't want it.

Wedding Officiating

We are ordained and authorized to solemnize marriages in New York State. If you don't have someone in mind — or the person you had in mind fell through — we can handle the ceremony itself alongside everything else we're already doing for your day.

It's a genuinely useful thing to keep under one roof. The person marrying you already knows your timeline, has already spoken to your venue, and has already worked out where everyone is standing.

Most towns and cities in New York State, Rochester included, do not require officiants to register. New York City is the exception, and we'll handle that registration if your ceremony is in one of the five boroughs.
