Published, not quoted on request. Weddings are priced flat because a wedding is not an hourly problem. Everything else is priced by the hour, because it usually is.

Ceremony photography is already part of full-day coverage — the ceremony sound add-on above is audio and music only. Officiating is priced this way because we're already at your venue; booked on its own, without other services, it's quoted separately.

The twenty percent bundle applies to event bookings too. Because hourly totals vary with the length of your event, we'll quote your combination directly rather than publish a table for it.
Before you book
- Holding your dateA signed agreement and a retainer reserve your date. The balance is due before the event; we'll lay out the schedule in writing.
- Setup and breakdownWe need venue access ninety minutes before your start time and about an hour afterward to break down. Neither counts against your coverage hours.
- Officiating and photography togetherOne person can't marry you and photograph it at the same time. If you'd like both from us, we'll plan separate ceremony coverage with you and put it in your proposal.
- TravelIncluded within 50 miles of Rochester. Beyond that we'll quote travel with your proposal. Destination bookings priced individually.
- What's never an upchargeLighting, emcee services, event organization, venue coordination, wireless microphones, and backup equipment. All standard.
